[Bug 6886] Zones Machines are EOL and need to be migrated

spamassassin.zones.apache.org is down which is a fairly crucial machine to the
project. 

According to Joe Schafer, it "Doesn't look good- power surge in the datacenter
knocked it down and it's not coming back up.  Can I suggest you file a ticket
to migrate to a new linux-based VM ASAP?"
