Unapproved SDAP releases

Hi,

It look like the project may of been publishing unapproved release here [1] on docker.

Unapproved code should not be made available to the general public. [2][3] Can the PPMC please include how they are going to fix this in their next podling report.

I also suggest that any unapproved releases published since SDAP has entered incubation be removed.
