Do you suggest that we remove the "GMT-HHMM" part of the "Actual Time" column?

Dennis Lundberg commented on MPIR-68:
-------------------------------------

The timezone in the "Actual Time" column is the timezone that you, the viewer of the page, are in. It is calculated by a small JavaScript. I guess the timezone was put into that column to make that clear, but I can see how it might also be confusing.
