no1wudi opened a new pull request, #8754:

   ## Summary
   Override default flags by uart_register since:
   1. UART from other core will send \r\n as new line, but by default we convert \r -> \n, then we get \n\n
   2. Disable ECHO since remote machine will echo on terminal itself
   
   ## Impact
   rpmsg uart
   ## Testing
   sim rpserver/rpproxy
