Needed... Python/subversion developer to write simple function for $...

This should be an easy $75 for somebody that knows
what they are doing, but I don't have time to figure
out the (undocumented) python subversion interface.  

I need somebody to write a function in python which
uses the standard python bindings, which does the
following:

Given a conical system path in a wc, returns the date
that the file was added to the repository.  If the
file isn't in a repository, throw an exception.

Say for instance my working copy is /home/baus/wc,
given a path like /home/baus/wc/README the date README
was added to the repository is returned.

I will pay either via paypal or escrow service
(rent-a-coder, guru.com, etc.)  The function will be
Open Source and released under the same license as
subversion on my website.
