[PR] arch/nrf52: various fixes for ieee802154 driver [nuttx]

## Summary
Issues found when porting ieee802154 to nrf53 and nrf54:
- arch/arm/nrf52: do not acknowledge a frame with a CRC error
- arch/arm/nrf52: ignore a stale IEEE 802.15.4 timer interrupt
- arch/arm/nrf52: do not start a transmission during the ACK TX
- arch/arm/nrf52: restart an active receiver on a channel change
- arch/arm/nrf52: default extended address from FICR
- arch/arm/nrf52: fix CCA mode selection
- arch/arm/nrf52: fix frame header parsing
- arch/arm/nrf52: fix ACK handling
- arch/arm/nrf52: fix the TX state handling
- arch/arm/nrf52: follow the CSMA-CA algorithm
- arch/arm/nrf52: do not block the work queue waiting for an IOB
- arch/arm/nrf52: fix the IEEE 802.15.4 trace dump format
- arch/arm/nrf52: fix energy detection
- arch/arm/nrf52: do not overwrite own address with the coordinator address
- arch/arm/nrf52: include the headers nrf52_ieee802154_radio.c uses
- arch/arm/nrf52: fix RADIO register and lower-half macro definitions
- arch/arm/nrf52: fix nxstyle errors

## Testing
Tested on nRF52840-DK, nRF5340-DK and nRF54LM20-DK with the IEEE 802.15.4 MAC fixes and i8sak fixes applied. An NTFC testlab suite ran for every board pair, with each board as PAN coordinator, and for a three-node star
