How do you set the directory for a log file?

A quick question.
 
I went looking for my juddi.log and discovered it in "C:\Documents and
Settings\meloroj\Start Menu\Programs\Apache Tomcat 4.1".
 
Now that is definitely not where I want it.  What is the configuration file
to change to have it in "C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Tomcat 4.1\logs" with
the other TomCat and juddiDBlogs?
