[users@httpd] 403 error from apache 2.2

Hey there,

I have installed the source tarball on my fedora 10 pc with the
following configure --prefix=/home/lars/opt --enable-headers
--enable-expires --enable-so --with-mpm=prefork

All i get in response is 403!

Where shall I start in the conf file?

	regards Lars

apache2/logs/error_log.

http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html
10.4.4 403 Forbidden
