[users@httpd] ssl_scache not found

I've googled for this error and I just can't seem to find an answer.

I'm running apache 1.3.23 with mod_ssl and I'm getting the following error 
in my error logs.

I'm running about 8 IP based Virtual Hosts on this server each with their own certificate.  Any ideas are welcomed.


[Fri May  9 09:13:38 2003] [error] System: No such file or directory (errno: 2)
[Fri May  9 09:13:39 2003] [error] mod_ssl: Cannot open SSLSessionCache DBM file 
'/usr/local/apache/logs/ssl_scache' for writing (store) (System error follows)
