How can i add new user in Apache knox

Hi

As per my understanding Apache knox user information exist in users.ldif
file.

so can i add new user information into users.ldif file manually or is there
any other way to put new user information.

Hi Prateek,

Knox is designed to authenticate against and external identity store like LDAP or ActiveDirectory.  We do provide a simple LDAP server that is driven from a users.ldif file that is intended primarily for getting started with Knox and demos.

So to answer your question, you can manually modify the users.ldif file and restart the demo LDAP server.  For production use however your production LDAP server will have its own tools for this.
