Tomcat 4.0.4 - Cocoon 2.0.2 Installation Question

I tried following the tomcat/cocoon integration steps described on the
cocoon website but am unable to get the two to work together.  Can someone
point me to a better installation guide or tell me what I need to do to get
tomcat 4.0.4 and cocoon 2.0.2 to work together?
