[Bug 6666] New: There's no alerting for rule updates not being generated

https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=6666

             Bug #: 6666
Summary: There's no alerting for rule updates not being
                    generated
           Product: Spamassassin
Version: SVN Trunk (Latest Devel Version)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: sa-update
        AssignedTo: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
        ReportedBy: Darxus@ChaosReigns.com
    Classification: Unclassified

It would be nice if there was something like one post per day to the dev list
any time there haven't been any rule updates in the last 48 hours. It would
also be nice to include the number of hams and spams currently in the
mass-check corpora, and a mention of the minimum threshold (150,000 each) so
it's clearer if the problem is corpora starvation. The "source details" link
on http://ruleqa.spamassassin.org/ has this information. It may depend on the
latest net run.
