Toggle view on policy detail view (UI/JSON)

Hi All,

Current UI only supported for* detail view* generated based on JSON
schema(UI). But some time developer wants to view, added policy as a raw
JSON. So i have implemented toggle view between JSON and UI for all
configuration policies.

Default UI view:




After click on Toggle View button:
