0.16 release update - upcoming schedule

Hi, folks.  Important 0.16 dates are approaching:

   15 Feb - Alpha, test distribution, freeze for major features
   29 Feb - Beta, branch for release, 0.16 commits require approval

The 0.16 release page has more details about the dates and the content of
