New web-site

Hi all,

I have uploaded the new web-site of Cactus here:

http://jakarta.apache.org/cactus/1.8.0/index.html

This is a Maven-like site that has been generated by the new maven build
system that Cactus has.

I will keep it there for a few days until I test it completely and then I
will upload it as
an "official" web-site.
