GEODE-2025: do not use 8080 as the default http-server-port since we defined default in DistributionConfig

> This is different from the default-http-service-port defined in DistributionConfig. As a result, if we stat a locator, the default http-service-port is 7070, but if we start a server, it's using 8080. This will be confusing to users.
