[jira] [Resolved] (CB-222) Android unable to download from
subdomains with underscores
Joe Bowser resolved CB-222.
---------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
You can't have a hostname with an underscore, this is not allowed according to the RFC, and HttpUrlConnection enforces the RFC. You should change your dev server to use dashes.

> When trying to download an image from out dev server I kept getting error 3.
> The url of our dev server contained an underscore "nvm_dev", as soon as the underscore was removed from the subdomain the app could download the files.
> This might only be related to android as the plugin uses native download actions.
