    Resolution: Not A Problem

Thanks. I let them know the minified file header confusion possibilities.

Closing this as I their earlier response is clear - jquery is, and remains, MIT licensed.

> Hi,
> JQuery release 3.1.1 is under MIT
> https://github.com/jquery/jquery/blob/3.1.1/LICENSE.txt
> The same github page also has a reference to website https://jquery.com/
> The license link on website https://jquery.com/ points to
> https://jquery.org/license/ which seems now to be ASL 2.0
> We know that MIT and ASL are compatible.
> *The question is from which location does one pickup the license from?*
> *Do we always rely on the license under the source repository or from the referenced website?*
