MathML DOM implementation

Hi,

I have written a partial implementation (covers the majority of tags) of
the MathML DOM and would like to donate the source to apache. It extends
your DOM implementation classes (ElementImpl, etc) and is written with
reference to your HTML/WML DOM source.
