jcr-server api docs
are the jcr-server api docs available online anywhere? i'm generating
cosmo api docs and would love to link the jcr-server ones, which would
remove the majority of the 124 javadoc warnings i currently have :)

You can now find all the subproject javadocs (from the 1.0 release) at:
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/api-1/index-filters/
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/api-1/jca/
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/api-1/jcr-client/
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/api-1/jcr-rmi/
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/api-1/jcr-server/
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/api-1/jcr-webdav/
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/api-1/server/
I'll add those links to the Jackrabbit web site in a while.

I think the best approach would be to generate the javadocs once using
"maven javadoc" and include a static copy of the results in the site,
just like we currently do with the core javadocs. I'll take a look at
this.
More generally it might actually make sense to move the Jackrabbit
site up from the Jackrabbit core project (from
trunk/jackrabbit/src/site to trunk/src/site) and treat the core just
like the other subprojects. This site/code separation would also make
it feasible to retry the "great split" from last summer, as the
biggest problem with the split was the difficulty of generating a
reasonably consistent maven site.
