while working on MSHARED-589 to improve maven-site-plugin output when forking executions for reports preparation, I found that since start of forked execution adds a newline before starting, end of the execution should add an empty line also for better rendering

such newline can easily be added in maven-reporting-exec, but it seems more logical to add it in Maven core instead
