Currently the Package Admin plugin uses the PackageAdmin service API to analyze provided and required packages.

I would suggest the plugin is extended to leverage the R 4.3 Wiring API if available in the framework. This would allow for more fine-grained information to be printed.

Or.. there could be another Package Wiring plugin, that uses the Wiring API. This makes the code simpler.
