merlin build progress

As of a few minutes ago I have managed to execute merlin from the 
command-line using an ant build that creates all artifacts and generates 
the cli script.

   $ merlin -audit -execute
   [INFO   ] (kernel): audit report
   -----------------------------------------------------------
   Application Model
   -----------------------------------------------------------

   container:[/])

   -----------------------------------------------------------

Next step is to automate the install creation, add some support for 
initial bootstrapping of the build system, and we are back in business.
