[jira] [Created] (YUNIKORN-1672) Use go webserver instead of nginx

Craig Condit created YUNIKORN-1672:
--------------------------------------

Summary: Use go webserver instead of nginx
                 Key: YUNIKORN-1672
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-1672
             Project: Apache YuniKorn
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: webapp
            Reporter: Craig Condit
            Assignee: Craig Condit

For security reasons, it would be preferable to use scratch as the base image for all Docker builds. For the go builds, this is trivial, but for yunikorn-web, we use nginx. We should implement a simple webserver in Go that can serve up the web UI and proxy the REST API.
