   Fixes #70296
   
   Moved `GCSFileTransformOperator` destination bucket/object defaulting (`destination_* or source_*`) out of `__init__` into `execute()` and `get_openlineage_facets_on_start()` so it runs on rendered template values, removed its exemption from `validate_operators_init_exemptions.txt`, and added `test_execute_defaults_destination_to_source` (all 3 operator tests pass).
   
   Could not run the suite locally: tlib._bootstrap>:935: in _load_unlocked. Fork CI needs a maintainer approval to run, so this branch has no test signal yet.

   Closing this because #70488 already covers GCSFileTransformOperator and is explicitly tracked from #70296. I missed that existing PR before opening this one. This version adds execution and OpenLineage coverage, but competing on the same exemption is not useful, so I will leave the active review on #70488. Sorry for the duplicate.
