troubles with a JSP

I have a JSP that uses the mailer tag lib... when i use the JSP on the / 
directory of the webserver... it works... but it doesn't when i moved 
that to the /erogaciones/ diorectory... any idea of what is happening?
The error...

sistema no puede hallar el archivo especificado)
