google bigQuery Interpreter

Hi,

I have created an Interpreter for BigQuery for Apache Zeppelin.
The code is currently in my local dev environment and I would like to
review and push the changes out.

Above is the Jira that I created for this project.

Please let me know how I should proceed with this.
