From the 0.1.0 voting, there were items to add to the README which were absent.

This includes:
* the need to install uuid-dev for the build and libleveldb was not captured for running
* sample install commands for dependencies on popular platforms/OSes
* compatibility information in terms of toolkit versioning / or a link to this material to be created as part of MINIFI-148
