Each of {{{}InMemoryKeyValueStore{}}}, {{{}InMemorySessionStore{}}}, and {{InMemoryWindowStore}} need to provide an implementation of {{readOnly}} that produces a read-only view.

Reads are either served by the {{{}TransactionBuffer{}}}, or directly by the store's committed map, dependent on the requested {{{}IsolationLevel{}}}.
