Bugs for 4.1.2

(I'm BCCing the QA list for information)

So we want to release 4.1.2. The main feature will be warning-free
digitally signed installers under Windows. Other bugfixes may be
included as well, provided we can fix them soon, in a safe way and
provided they are of some significance. As explained, translation fixes
and (English) string fixes cannot be included.

First someone with Bugzilla admin privileges should add "4.1.2" to the
"Target Milestone" field in Bugzilla. I would not add a flag to request
a blocker, unless someone prefers to have it too.

Then, if developers and QA volunteers could take a look at the following
lists of bugs we can decide what to include.

The first list is a saved search by Kay, previously posted here
(Bugzilla account required):
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/buglist.cgi?cmdtype=dorem&list_id=163422&namedcmd=4.1.x%20regressions&remaction=run&sharer_id=7
Nothing there is FIXED yet, so these issues definitely need work if we
want to see them fixed in 4.1.2.

The second list is a list of bugs I compiled, based on the (already
FIXED, or with a patch reviewed and ready to be committed) bugs that can
have some relevance for 4.1.2:
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=63015
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125495
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125922
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=118919
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125475
Here the assessment must be on the risk to include them or not.

Then there are these two which will be fixed with the support for
warning-free digital signatures for internal components and the main
installer respectively:
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=119949
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=119017

And this one that was asked on the l10n list and should be feasible
(Lithuania switches to Euro):
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125980

Please take a look in the next few days, and propose new ones if
relevant (remember: string changes are not allowed, translation fixes
are not allowed, FIXED bugs are much more likely to be accepted), but
then I suggest that we wrap it up and start working on the release.

Regards,
   Andrea.

Yes, I've added them to the active categories (products). Too bad that
is still a bit painful because it still has to be done manually. Last
time I checked the REST API these things weren't supported there yet.

When I was done doing that in parallel to my regular work it was already
so late that I didn't have time to write a "done" mail before going AFK.

Great. It looks like you (or someone else) added these value, yes?

I've also added a 4.1.2 Release Blocker flag, so we're set with that also.

For the target field we should use the "version on the horizon" (i.e.
4.1.2) and for the version field the "versions where new bug reports are
useful" (i.e. 4.1.2-dev).

I thought that "Target" (the one I'm asking for) would always be 4.1.0,
4.1.1, 4.1.2 without "-dev" and that instead "Version" would have the
"4.1.2-dev" (before release) and "4.1.2" (after release) options. I
don't know how this works internally in Bugzilla, so if "-dev" is needed
or desirable it's OK. For sure we will need a way to set Target: 4.1.2
(or 4.1.2-dev if this is the pattern) for bugs.

Regards,
   Andrea.
