PythonGump (proposed changes) checked in to proposals.

Nick has checked in (thanks Nick) the current source code to:

I am attempting to document things via:

As of this moment it builds bootstrap-ant, and some of the XML basics, but
seems to have some problem with optional packages. I am investigating.
