How can i import an apache module to apache 2.0

Hi,

Can anybody give me the steps that i have to follow to import a module to
apache 2.0?
I tried to follow the steps in the apache 2.0 documentation and it's not
working?(apxs does not work....!) I tried every thing and Now I'm wondering
if it's possible to add a module to thei beta version !
If anyone who actually added a module to 2.0.16 successfully, please tell me
how did you did it.

Any help will be appreciated.
