JARs in SVN

Hi

I just realized that the tooling/ide/vlt-wrapper project stores libraries in SVN. I think this is not a good idea (read it is a bad idea). I suggest these JARs to be removed from SVN and build tooling to be used to get them form Maven Repositories.

Thanks
Felix

Yes, it should be possible. IIRC at the time I needed that setup for a
smooth import into Eclipse.

Afaik this was necessary due to a snapshot dependency on vault while it
was not yet released.

@Robert, we could get rid of this now, right?

Cheers,
Stefan
