   ### Description of PR

TestFileChecksum has 34 tests. Add its brother the parameterized COMPOSITE_CRC version and that's 68 times a cluster is spun up then shutdown when only twice is necessary (or maybe even once but 2 is not too bad). Test time dropped from almost 10m to 5m on my laptop.

   ### How was this patch tested?

   The affected UTs themselves.
