[users@httpd] Site runs on https, but not on http

I am having a weird issue.  In my configs, I've specified that I only
want to listen on port 80, but when I try pulling up my site, I can
only pull up https.  When I do a netstat -a, I see both http and https
are listening.

Anyone have any ideas?
