How to use MembershipListener

Hello,
  I have implemented the MembershipListener in my web application in order to receive notification on when a node is added/removed from the cluster.
  I created a GroupChannel and started it with the ChannelDEFAULT option.
  The problem I have is that when a node is added/removed, the memberAdded()/memberDisappeared() method is called twice.
  Please let me know how I can solve this problem.
