Help: XML validation

I'd like to know if conditional XML validation  is possible.
For eg.
<a> </a> -Contains  Enumeration  values b/w 1 to 10
<b></b>- Contains  Enumeration    values b/w 2 to 9

Now ,
I'd like to have
<c> </c> to be having a value of a^2 + b^2 (a square + b square).

Could I do such a kind of Schema validation ?.
