I have low bandwidth Internet connection (1mbps). Need set 11 kHz to microphone, but parrameters $red5/webapps/openmeetings/config.xml: microphoneRateNormal microphoneRateBest - nothing do. I try 44, 22, 11 - all equally.
And one question: What is "The Quality-Modus can be chosen in the Login-Box"? Where is Login-Box? And how can set microphoneRate when Login-Box there is no?

Also, I trying two connections (2 computers) to http://demo.openmeetings.de/openmeetings/ and hear lags too. I have 10mbps Internet. When I try http://demo.bigbluebutton.org/ - no lags. And I hear records of webinar by Openmeetings v1.9.1 - no lag too.
Openmeetings 2.1 on demo server - lags with 10mbps
Openmeetings 2.1 on my server (1mbps) - lags.
BigBlueButton on demo server - no lags (but lower sound quality)
Openmeetings 1.9.1 in webinar records - no lags.

Clicks appear from:
in Debug event refreshSession - near every 1, 2 or 3 min.
in Debug event SchedulerFactoryBean - executing search current reminds, also often as refreshSession.
Strong click from CPU 100% of server, which was a few milliseconds, a CPU 100% can be from any other task on server, from draw: for some reason, after a few seconds of drawing OpenMeetings CPU 100% for a few seconds. Some times CPU of server jump to 100% for no apparent reason. Can try get up priority of process Openmeeting's (java).
Fuzzy relationship between clicks and overload CPU to 100% one of the clients, who participates in send-receive sound. Fuzzy, but it is precisely. Click can appear from easy activity of client - for example start typing in note or move any window.
Interesting dependence: if under window of client's Openmeetings move other window, then CPU to 70% is not only this client, but and a second client running on another computer. Appears clicks. Meaby, client do scan work area of draw area, and everything that is going on it is transmitted to the network. This is not only redundancy, but over and above the sensitivity to outside programs, example animation in window of browser's located above the Openmeetings can interfere for all conference.

Testing has shown, that CPU of clients have never been load to 100%, except very activity draw, which gave near 95% CPU. For link nodes of system uses local network 100 mb/s.
