[ANNOUNCE] Apache cTAKES 3.0.0 incubating Released
The Apache cTAKES (Incubating) team is pleased to announce the availability
of the 3.0.0-incubating release.
This release is primarily an infrastructural release to support the code
migration from Source Forge to the Apache Software Foundation.

Apache clinical Text Analysis and Knowledge Extraction System (cTAKES) is
an open-source natural language processing system for information
extraction from electronic medical record clinical free-text.

Disclaimer:
Apache cTAKES is an effort undergoing incubation at The Apache Software
Foundation (ASF), sponsored by the Apache Incubator. Incubation is required
of all newly accepted projects until a further review indicates that the
infrastructure, communications, and decision making process have stabilized
in a manner consistent with other successful ASF projects. While
incubation status is not necessarily a reflection of the completeness or
stability of the code, it does indicate that the project has yet to be
fully endorsed by the ASF.
