    [LIBCLOUD-679] Add virtualmachine_id to CloudStackAddress

    This patch adds virtualmachine_id attribute to CloudStackAddress class.
    The virtualmachine_id can be used to point virtual machine the address is assigned to (ex. static nat).

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/atsaki/libcloud 679_add_virtualmachine_id_to_address

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/libcloud/pull/485.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #485
