.GetDomRVersionCommand fails to get the correct version, thereby failing the VR start.

The version returned by the VR is truncated as : {"com.cloud.agent.api.GetDomRVersionAnswer":{"result":false,"details":"Cloudstack Release 4.6.0 Mon Dec 19 09:59:35 UTC 2016&","wait":0}}] }
