Noticed this in my code and verified with debugger; informal parameters for ActionLink are being dropped. The model's supportsInformalParameters property is set to true, but the InternalComponentResourcesImpl.bindings set doesn't have an entry for the informal parameter in question (title). Not sure what's changed to cause this.

The test page worked correctly so there must have been something subtle wrong with my real application page, just not sure what.
