Wrapping Text around images

Has fo:float been implemented in the FOP Trunk to handle wrapping text around
images?

Hi Phil,

There certainly is a steep learning curve to FOP development but I would 
encourage you to persevere as its very cool :).  A good way to learn the 
code is to start by looking at our bug list 
(http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/bugs.html) or maybe contributing in a 
peripheral area of FOP such as improving programmatic font 
configuration, this would certainly be appreciated by many users and 
wouldn't be a difficult task.

If you want to work on an fo:float implementation, just ask questions on 
the mailing lists and I'm sure people will chime in and try to help 
you.  You may also get some ideas from from 
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=39777.

Hi Phil,

No unfortunately it hasn't.  It is not an area that I am familiar with 
but possibly Vincent could guide you a little with this.  It certainly 
would be great if you could contribute towards an implementation (see 
http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl/#fo_float and 
http://svn.eu.apache.org/viewvc/xmlgraphics/fop/trunk/src/java/org/apache/fop/fo/flow/Float.java?view=markup).
