User interface

Hi Liu

Will it not be more strategic for OpenOffice to decide on the user
interface first then carry it through. While it is good for the most
appropriate menu and or tools to pop up there is need for adequate
positioning to stop the screen from bumping particularly on windscreen
technology. Do you intend to maintain the title bars in OpenOffice?

Kind regards

Edwin
