Auto Start VMs after disater

Hi guys,

I have a question about CS features. Is there any way to auto start VMs
after system power lost ?

We have a CS system running 24/24. And each time power lost, we must start
our VMs manually, this is very inconvenience.

Please support, thank you all !

It is fairly close, pending QA test completion currently. On a day to day slip.

Hi All,

Any update to the formal release date of V4? Waiting to
deploy into pre-prod ASAP!

Your Service Offering (specifically Compute Offering) needs to be
marked "HA". That will cause cloudstack to restart VM's automatically
when they go down or the server they are running on goes down.

See page 116 of the Administration Guide.

You can change the Service Offering of an existing VM. Page 43

Just use a compute offering that has "HA" checked. They should start within
a few minutes of recovery, after the routers.
