[PATCH] collections : a StrictMap implementation

Hi folks,
May be someone else will be interested by the attached patch: it is a 
MapDecorator that makes it strict. In a strict map, you can't add 
something with the same key twice in a row without a remove in between.
There is a corresponding  junit test attached.
