Since actually it makes sense to use an app for doing stuff in a workspace, some of options we provide are just misleading. Everything is now set in the app configuration and we need to use the bot oauth token to leverage the app. So username, icon_emoji etc. are not useful anymore. My proposal is to deprecate them in 3.6.0 and remove them in 3.7.0
