As discussed in hbase-6787 (http://bit.ly/Sq56RP), we are moving to PB ser/de for user code bits in the Coprocessor protocols. This has already been done for the RowProcessor coprocessor endpoint in HBASE-6787. This jira is to track getting in similar changes in the other protocols.
