Scatter Echarts Selection Option

Hi Echarts team, Good afternoon.

I am planning to use Echarts for a project which will display scatter 
graph with selector option. The chart demo is given in below link

I tried to integrate the same in my local server by downloading the file 
from the same link. It works fine but does not show the selection option

the above control option is not showing in my local implementation. 
Please help.
