I've now checked the German translation incl. the both batch files. They
install and uninstall the patch and show the translated text in the console
window. So, all is fine.

The same applies for the English original version.

Right, first we have to verify the things we have done. Next time I will try to
think about that first.

But now I think it would be OK to close this issue - if it won't already.
